A meal in honour of the grandparents
A successful first event ! As part of Grandparents’ Day, grandparents were invited to a celebratory meal organised by the Year 7 class.

In fact, for the first year, the school has organised workshops to introduce pupils to and promote manual trades. Over the course of around ten sessions led by head chef Marc Ruggieri, assisted by Lydie Foret, the pupils learnt culinary techniques, a variety of recipes and French-style service.


On the menu for the grandparents: refreshing canapés, spring rolls, chicken ballotines, and gourmet gingerbread verrines.




All of it was prepared and served by students and grandchildren who were a little stressed but keen and dressed up for the special occasion !
