A place for everyone at La Place
An essential meeting place for evangelical players, the La Place convention – from 08 to 10 May 2025 – in Paris was an opportunity for rich exchanges, either while wandering around the stands, or during informal and chance times.
With 220 exhibitors, 4,000 participants, various themed workshops, top-quality concerts and an art exhibition, this meeting was an opportunity to showcase a whole range of networks, artistic talents and works that work for the good of others, in the name of Christ.

It was also a key moment to share again the vision of Christian schools, which was done brilliantly by two heads of Christian schools during a workshop: a time of touching testimonies of how the Lord had taken hold of our two speakers, who then developed the merits of the vision.

The Parc Floral de Vincennes was an ideal place to admire the Creator’s artistic and creative work at leisure during the breaks. Along with three other colleagues, we were there to find out more about the development of the Christian artistic world, and one quote struck me during a workshop on the arts: ‘Art is a production that almost mysteriously surpasses the means used. It provokes emotions, induces sensitivity and encourages reflection’. (D. Brown)
