What we collect, and why
The details of each processing operation (purpose, legal basis, recipients and retention period) are set out below. Mandatory form fields are marked with an asterisk; without them, we cannot process your request.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. Some providers (Google, for audience measurement and spam protection) may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to give instructions regarding the use of your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, use the contact form or write to: Association ROC – Établissement Scolaire Privé Daniel, 15 avenue du Maréchal Foch, 68500 Guebwiller, France. We will reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

6. Cookies and trackers
When you visit the site, cookies and other trackers may be stored on your device. Those strictly necessary for the site to work (remembering your choices, security, language) do not require your consent. All others – audience measurement, embedded videos and maps – are only set with your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit.
Accepting and refusing are equally easy, and refusing does not prevent you from browsing the site. Videos and the map then remain hidden behind a preview, which you can enable case by case. Your choices are kept for up to 12 months, after which you will be asked again; the cookies themselves last no longer than 13 months.
